If it seems safe to step out of the car, then make sure to bring your cell phone to take pictures of the damage and a place to write down details and the information you will need for your insurance company.

I was recommended this place, after my Murano was hit on the passenger side. I gave them a chance, and they didn't disappoint. I loved their professionalism. Their business card alone stands alone, and is top notch. They were very good at dealing with Progressive Insurance company, had them come out to show them the damage, and the necessary changes were made in total cost to fix my vehicle.
